We're excited to work with you. Our coordination and planning services are customizable so we can find a package that will best fit your budget. We even offer hourly plans for those who just need a little guidance!
Day-of Coordination
Begins 1-2 Months Prior to Wedding
-Our team will be with you for up to 10 hours on your wedding day
-(2) Planning meetings in person, via zoom, or by phone (Up to 1 hour)
-Unlimited communication by phone or email leading up to wedding
-Maintaining of all vendor paperwork/contracts
-A customized to-do list based on our planning meetings
-A customized timeline / itinerary for the day of your wedding
-Ensure all vendors are aware of timeline and on the same page
-Management of Ceremony Rehearsal (if needed/or along with officiant)
-Coordination of Wedding Ceremony with wedding party and venue on wedding day (if needed/or along with officiant)
-Accept any day-of deliveries & ensure all items arrive designated locations
-Deliver all last-minute décor to ceremony & reception venues
-Overseeing all important people to make sure they’re in the correct locations for transport/photos/etc.
-Handle bridal attendant duties such as bustling dress and touch ups
-Manage vendors & be main point of contact
-Supervision of all outside vendor set-up
-Set up of all pre-approved décor for ceremony and reception (that is not otherwise
completed by other vendors)
-Direction of wedding party during ceremony and grand entrance
-Assist with packing up décor and wedding accessories at the end of the night
-Organize & distribute tips/final payments
DAY-OF COORDINATION PRICING
50-100 Guests - $1,400
100-200 Guests - $1,800
200+ Guests – Starting at $2,200
*An additional travel fee may apply
Partial Wedding Planning
Begins 6-8 Months Prior to Wedding
-Our partial planning service includes all of the above day-of coordination services
-(3) Planning meetings in person, via zoom, or by phone (Up to 2 hours)
-Unlimited communication by phone or email leading up to wedding
-Reviewing and Maintaining of all vendor paperwork/contracts
-Help gathering vendor quotes and sourcing décor based on your vision
-Budget analysis
-A customized to-do list based on our planning meetings
-A customized timeline / itinerary for the day of your wedding
-(1) Final meeting to finalize all details on the week of your event (Up to 1 hour)
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING PRICING
50-100 Guests - $2,200
101-200 Guests - $2,600
201+ Guests – Starting at $3,000
*An additional travel fee may apply
Hourly Planning Services
Starting at $75 per Hour
-Planning meetings in person, via zoom, or by phone (Minimum 1 Hour – Maximum 3 Hours per Meeting)
-Up to 5 phone calls or emails after each planning meeting
-Reviewing of vendor paperwork/contracts
-Help sourcing vendors and décor based on your vision
-A customized to-do list based on our planning meeting
-A customized timeline / itinerary for the day of your wedding
Assembly, Organization +
Delivery of all Day-Of Supplies
Starting at $50 per Hour
-Create a customized To-Do List
-Alphabetizing Escort/Place Cards
-Installing any batteries as needed in décor
-Organizing wedding décor, supplies, etc.
-Packing all décor and supplies and labeling boxes
-Delivering all items to their corresponding locations (ceremony site, reception venue, hotel room)

Set up + Break down Services
Starting at $50 per Hour
-Includes (1) Planning Meeting in person or via Zoom
-Creating a custom To-Do List
-Assembling any wedding items on-site at your venue
-Set up of pre-approved décor, centerpieces, linens, place cards, etc. for Ceremony and/or Reception that is provided by client
-Assembly of bulk items such as backdrops and furniture
-Packing up all items at the end of the night
